Mr. Vinod Dua is a Rank Holder of the 1979 batch and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

In practice since 1980, Mr Dua has around four decades of experience in diverse segments of professional practice, starting with assurance and tax advisory to more complex management and financial consulting assignments.

Mr Dua has advised on Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and helped structure projects and arrange funding from domestic and international sources. Structuring of foreign investments in India and Indian investments overseas as also cross border transactions is his area of specialisation. In advisory services, apart from corporate advisory, business restructuring, he also looks after the estate and succession planning advisory.

In addition to heading the VDA practice, Mr Dua is one of the advisors to Global Indian Business Network, Singapore; honorary advisor to Indian Public Schools Conference and advises a few social organisations, on an honorary basis.
