Mrs. Renu Dua is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India of 1985 batch.

In practice since the beginning of her career, Mrs Dua has a varied experience in professional assignments across corporate secretarial and advisory services.

From advising on Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) to structuring corporate endeavours and FEMA, she has a very diverse experience and heads the Corporate Secretarial Services practice of the VDA group.
