Mr Sharma is a qualified Company Secretary of the 2009 batch with over 16 years of diverse experience in financial management and regulatory compliances. Over the course of his career, he has developed deep expertise across sectors like real estate, Infrastructure and Non-Profit organisations, where he has led accounting functions, direct and indirect tax compliances and also compliances under RERA.    

Having worked with established organizations, he has developed a deep understanding of developing and operating under structured operating processes. Currently, he leads engagements with clients for accounting and compliances, oversees multi-location accounting and related processes, delivering accurate, efficient, and compliant solutions while maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity.
