An associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, she has experience in setting up of entities, FDI/ODI & other FEMA compliances, preferential issues and other on-going corporate secretarial compliances.

She also represents and assists clients before statutory authorities and advises clients on statutory compliances,  working with managements on governance matters and facilitating effective board processes.
