Ease of Doing Business - Change in definition of Small Company

As mentioned in the note on Key Highlights of the Indian Union Budget 2021-22 circulated by our group, the Finance Minister had announced a change in definition of a ‘Small Company’, a term used under the Companies Act, 2013, which should allow more companies to be categorised as smal companies.
